Refunds

- Damaged or defective products upon arrival (photo or video evidence must be submitted within 14 days of delivery).
- Incorrect or missing items (must be reported within 14 days).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
- All return requests must be submitted via email within 14 days of receipt.
- Glowishy will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items only.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
