Order Refund & Return Policy
We follow a strict refund and return policy based on our supplier’s guidelines. Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:
1. Order Delays
- If an order does not have tracking information, is in transit, pending, or expired beyond 60 days from the original shipping date (45 days for U.S. orders,), we will offer a refund or reshipment at our expense.
- Some exceptions apply depending on the shipping method and destination.
2. Delivered Orders
- If tracking shows that an order was delivered, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
- If you did not receive your package despite it being marked as delivered, we require an official non-delivery certification from your local post office to process a claim.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
- Photo or video evidence must be submitted for review before issuing a refund.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
- If you receive the wrong product or your order is missing an item, we will offer a refund or replacement.
- Photo or video evidence must be submitted for review.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be fully refunded only if canceled before they are processed and shipped.
Important Notes
✅ Refunds and replacements will only be issued if our supplier (Zendrop) is at fault.
❌ If the issue is not caused by our supplier, we cannot process a refund or return.
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days or less. Once you place your order, our team at Zendrop will purchase the products directly from the factory and prepare them for shipment. This process includes quality checks, packaging, and preparing shipping labels.
Shipping Time
After processing, the time it takes to ship an order will depend on your location. Shipping times can vary, but typically, orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in China to the destination country.
Delivery Time Estimates
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 7-18 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-18 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- Japan: 7-15 business days
- South Korea: 7-15 business days

Possible Delays
While we strive to ship all orders in a timely manner, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Out of stock items at the factory
- Delays in receiving products from the factory to our fulfillment centers
We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and will keep you updated if any unexpected delays arise.
