It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s import regulations and potential charges before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or for any additional fees incurred.

Estimated delivery times:

From EU warehouses: 3 to 7 business days.
From international warehouses (e.g., China): 10 to 25 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Glowishy is not responsible for delays due to customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen events.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In compliance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned if opened or used.
